Basic Trail Description

The scenic beauty on this farm is superb. It is surrounded by mountains and no other buildings can be seen from there. No sound of traffic can be heard.The first section on the first day has a steep climb of 400 m in a valley. Height above sea-level: 1160m at lowest point, 1600m at highest point.

+/- 100Ha indiginous bush, caves, several waterfalls, ruins of old “city” or “kraal”. There is drinking water and swimming places are present on the trails.

The cultural historic heritage is a noteworthy experience. Abundant bird-life and game have been seen. Bird and tree lists are available and indigenous trees are numbered along the hiking routes.
